2013:  Another busy year at St Clare Villa St. Clare Villa remains a popular real estate option for home buyers seeking a newer home in one of Victoria's prime areas close to all amenities. In 2013, there were 5 sales: 104, 203, 206, 102 and 308.  This matches the prior year's 5 sales.  Since 2010, 14 suites have found new owners. This is impressive when compared to virtually every other condominium development:  many suites even in Oak Bay have difficulty finding buyers and unsold or expired listings are common, with prices requiring downward adjustment to be more attractive. The Life Lease arrangement at St. Clare Villa not only provides the security of a guaranteed buy back.  The pricing structure differs considerably from traditional strata condos.  It is easy to spend $50,000-$100,000 more on a condo in the area with similar interior features.  What is difficult to find is the quiet location away from busy roads yet close enough for e...
