Catching up on sales history from our last post, here is an update on activity at the Villa.  Please note prices are not quoted as anything beyond 3 months is stale-dated information.

2025 was a quiet year for movement within the Villa, with only unit 101 changing hands.  101 was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath patio home.
